1st Advent (Bulletin)

On this 1st Sunday of Advent, we are reminded to be on our guard, to be prepared and to live in the courage that faith brings. The expectation of God’s coming among us is intensified during this season, but we cultivate it in our lives and in our world throughout the year. This is not a time of anxious waiting, with worry and fear of destruction and punishment.


Advent Begins

As the Church, God’s People, we take these 4 weeks of Advent to help us nurture our longing for God’s coming in the special way that is Christmas. The season is a time of joyful hope and of spiritual expectation and anticipation.
