Renovation Update

Work is set to begin on the replacement of flooring and carpet in the church and the installation of new kneelers. The carpet will be installed the week of April 23rd and will take the entire week.


3rd Eastern Sunday (Note & Bulletin)

I have to admit that I used to be a picky eater. It was one of my great fears to be a guest at a person’s house and be offered some exotic food for supper. I remember once, when a child, being offered cow’s tongue and, another time, when in El Salvador, chicken hearts.


Divine Mercy Sunday (Note & Bulletin)

We tend to be either optimists or pessimists. For some the glass is always half-empty, while for others it is always half-full. Most of us however, would rather be positive than negative, we want to see the world through rose coloured glasses. Yet this general pattern does not seem to fit when it comes to our faith.


Easter Sunday (Note & Bulletin)

We believe as Christians that with the Resurrection of the Lord on the 1st Easter Sunday that eternal life has been opened up to us. More and more however, I think the Resurrection, or the life of the Resurrection, is not something that is exclusive to heaven.


Alpha for Catholics

Alpha is about sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. It is a program of gentle evangelization. Over the course of ten weeks, Alpha provides a practical introduction to The Christian faith, offering guests an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed and friendly setting.


Celebrating Sacraments

Please keep in your prayers the young people who will be celebrating the Sacraments of Confirmation and First Holy Communion in April and May.
